Full Description

RFI’s or requests for information can quickly add up on a project. If you don’t keep track of them, they begin to multiply and you can quickly lose track. Use this RFI tracking log to keep track of each of the RFI’s on your project. This tracking form includes:

• RFI#
• Criticalness
• Date tracking
• Subject
• Responsible or BIC
• Date returned to contractor

This also includes:

• Summary of how many RFI’s each party has in their court
• Summary of upcoming critical RFIS and outstanding RFIs
