In almost every building concrete is a critical building element. Whether it’s foundations, columns, core walls or slabs, concrete is incredibly important no matter which industry you work in. Because of that it’s important to have both safety and quality checks in place prior to placement.

Because this is such a common activity, it may be necessary to require workers to complete a work permit prior to concrete work. This document can provide that sign off for your jobsite.
