Part of a safety program is the proper enforcement of it. Violations of the safety plan and rules need to be reported properly. To do so companies often use a safety infraction notice. These notices, while useful should be kept in a log. This allows you to quickly reference them, and pull up historical information. Once in log format you can quickly see if someone has received a violation notice before and what the reason was.
